Scholarships offered by NUST

As far as scholarships are concerned, NUST offers so many scholarships to the students. e.g 

• Need based Scholarship
• PEC Scholarship
• GPA based scholarship
• Fauji Foundation Scholarship  

1) Need based scholarship is for the students whose family income is less than 50,000 per month. In order to get that they have to get minimum 2.5+ GPA in first semester. Forms are available, after filling they will be submitted and selected candidates will be called upon by Rector NUST for interview.

2) Pakistan Engineering Council offers scholarship to the bright students of NUST who get good grades while studying in NUST.

3) GPA based scholarship is offered by NUST to: 

• Those students who get 4 GPA in any semester get 18000 Rs.
• Those who get 3.75+ get 15000 Rs
• Those who get 3.5 or 3.5+ get 12,000 Rs.

Note: This scholarship is only offered to NUSTians and ASC's not for PC's.

4) Fauji Foundation Scholarship is offered only to Army Brats studying in NUST. Students have to fill the respective form and to submit it within the given duration of time, after that selected candidates are called upon for interview.
