ADMISSION CRITERIA AT FATIMA JINNAH WOMEN UNIVERSITY


 Minimum Eligibility:
1. 1st division for Software Engineering and Electronic Engineering Departments
2. 2nd Division (in the last certificate/degree obtained) for all other disciplines.
3. Score of 40 in NAT-I for Bachelors and NAT-II for Masters (National Aptitude Test is treated as Entry Test)

Graduate Programs (Regular and Self Support):	Weightage
BA, BSc, BE or equivalent Marks (minimum 2nd division)	70 %
*National Aptitude Test –II (minimum score 40)	30 %

Required Documents:

Attested photocopies of following documents are required for applying admission to Masters Program:
1. Matriculation Certificate
2. F.A./F.Sc. Mark Sheet Part-I
3. F.A./F.Sc. Mark Sheet Part-II
4. BA, BSc, BE or equivalent Mark Sheet
5. NAT-II Result
6. ID Card/Form B
7. Domicile
8. Three 1x1 inches photographs
9. Character Certificate (from the last institution attended)
10. Original affidavit on a stamp paper of Rs. 50/-

Undergraduate Programs (Regular and Self Support):	Weightage
FA or F.Sc. or equivalent (minimum 2nd division; 60 % for Software Engineering and Electronic Engineering Departments)	70 %
*National Aptitude Test –I (minimum score 40)	30 %

• Admission is granted on Merit only. Merit List to each Program is displayed as per advertised schedule, comprising names of candidates who are at the top of the list. Subsequently, waiting lists may be put up;
• The Merit lists are also available on the website.
• All information regarding merit lists would be displayed at University Notice Board and Website. No Call Letters would be sent for test/ commencement of classes, etc.
• NAT is a compulsory requirement for overseas Pakistanis also.
