PATTERN OF TEST ..?
I would talk about the pattern of test first. It comprise of both computerized and manual test. Former has four portions i.e; Maths , Physics , English and IQ. If you have done Fsc then maths and physics should not be an issue. You need to have great grip on integration, differentiation, sequence and series, matrices, trigonometry and permutation. Physics portion is totally based on fsc physics. Try to solve as many numericals as you can. I would not suggest to waste time on English if you have a long list of entry test you are going to give. It has comprehension paragraphs, vocabulary and tenses. Vocabulary is the most difficult thing in all NETs. IQ portion is the most easy portion bearing ten questions which are of direction and series etc.

Later portion which is manual has three portions one has some art question which are quite difficult to recall. There are mcqs on mirror images, negative images ,patterns etc. There is drawing portion in which they give you a printed object and you have to redraw it with pencil and draw a setting/surrounding around it. For example in NET1 and NET3 for 2015 admissions there was lock and a sewing machine in NET2.I made lock with lips in NET3 which is quite out of the box thinking. You need to go different with this portion. IN drawing portion you have to recreate a scene/pattern already printed on a paper as well with colored sheets which the school provide you. Third portion is a general portion which asks questions about yourself.
DIFFICULTY LEVEL ..?
People ask about level of difficulty well one can really not say anything about this. As it is different for different people. If you have a firm grip on Fsc topics the it shouldn’t be really difficult. Do your best and leave the rest on HIM. I would suggest you guys to give NET2 com which is coming ahead as it gives you clear view of the test and helps you in preparing for NET3.
Best of luck with future decision.
